What is your pet policy?
Dogs and cats are welcome upon management approval (restrictions apply). Cats must be spayed/neutered and de-clawed. There is a one time non-refundable pet deposit of $250. There is a $30 premium per month per pet. Maximum of 2 pets per unit.
   

 

What are the fees to rent, and when are they due?
Reservation deposit:

A non-refundable reservation deposit of $100 is required to reserve the apartment of your choice which is applied to your security deposit.


Credit Application:
There is a $30 credit application (per applicant) which is due upon turning in your application.

 

Security deposit: (based on credit)
 $500 with approved credit


Administration fee:
Waived

 

 

What does my monthly rent include?
Your monthly rent includes cold water, curb-side trash removal and 24 hour maintenance service. It also covers unlimited access to our 24 hr. fitness center, dry sauna & clubhouse.  Residents can rent our clubhouse for parties of up to 80 people at a very low rate. 

 

When do I sign my lease agreement?
Generally you sign your lease agreement on the day of move in.

 

Do you offer short term leases or furnished apartments?
Yes. It is a standard 12 month lease but 3, 6 & 9 month leases are available with an additional monthly premium. Corporate furnished apartments are also available upon request, please ask for further details.
